The purpose of this project was to create distinct visual interpretations for a book cover and a movie poster based on a horror reimagining of Beauty and the Beast. As the creative director and photographer for this project, I utilized themes and imagery from the classic narrative, intentionally applying a horror twist to differentiate the two final products. This concept was achieved through strategic creative direction of the photoshoot, including the use of color gels, rim lighting, and silhouette techniques in the photo studio. I was responsible for the entire visual development, encompassing the photography and the design of both the book cover and the movie poster.
